By accessing our website at guidingechoes.com, purchasing any of our services, or participating in any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any services offered by Guiding Echoes, LLC. By purchasing our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Our website is not intended for use by minors.
2. Nature of Services
By engaging in a psychic reading, mediumship session, mentoring session, online class, workshop, or any other service offered by Guiding Echoes, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All services are provided for entertainment and spiritual purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice of any kind.
- Nicole Guillaume is not a licensed healthcare professional, psychologist, therapist, mental health counselor, lawyer, financial advisor, or legal consultant. Nothing shared during a session constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
- Any information, guidance, or insight received during a session is provided on a peer-to-peer basis. You retain full responsibility for how you interpret and apply any information received.
- You confirm that you are of sound mind and are voluntarily choosing to engage in these services.
- Sessions are private but are not protected by HIPAA or any professional privilege.
Important: If at any time during a session you hint at intentions to harm yourself or others, the session will end immediately. We reserve the right to notify appropriate authorities, and no refund will be issued.
3. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount listed at the time of purchase.
- Payments for one-time services are charged once at the time of booking.
- Membership payments are charged on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refund Policy
Private Psychic Readings & Mentoring Sessions
All sales for private psychic readings and mentoring sessions are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place. Refunds may be considered under extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Nicole Guillaume. To request consideration, email hello@guidingechoes.com.
Ebooks & Digital Downloads
All sales on ebooks and digital downloads are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Online Workshops & Live Events
All sales on online workshops and live events are final unless otherwise stated on the event sales page.
Online Courses
Online courses that display a 14-day money back guarantee on their sales page are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@guidingechoes.com within the 14-day window.
An additional grace period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase may be granted for clients who purchased a course and were genuinely unable to access or begin the coursework. This grace period is not advertised on the sales page and is offered at the sole discretion of Nicole Guillaume. To request consideration under this grace period, email hello@guidingechoes.com. We reserve the right to verify course access records before approving any refund under this provision.
The 14-day refund guarantee does not apply to courses that do not explicitly state it on their sales page.
Processing Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing charges incurred by Guiding Echoes, LLC through Stripe and/or PayPal and is non-negotiable.
After-Session Follow-Up
Once a session has concluded, Nicole Guillaume is under no obligation to respond to follow-up questions, clarifications, or additional inquiries submitted by email, phone, or any other means. Any follow-up inquiry requiring a response is considered an extension of the session and will require the purchase of an additional session.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
Rescheduling by Client
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling requests can be submitted through our booking platform or by emailing hello@guidingechoes.com.
Client No-Shows
A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for clients who do not appear at their scheduled session time. If a client has not joined the session by 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as completed and forfeited. No refund will be issued and the session will not be rescheduled. Exceptions may be made under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Nicole Guillaume.
Cancellation by Guiding Echoes
In the event that Nicole Guillaume is unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness, accident, or life emergency, every effort will be made to notify the client as early as possible. The session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. If Nicole Guillaume fails to appear for a rescheduled session a second time, a full refund will be issued with no processing fee applied.
Technological Failures
In the event that a session is interrupted or cut short due to technological issues beyond our control — including but not limited to dropped calls, internet outages, or power failures — the session will be rescheduled in full at no additional charge. The client will receive the full duration of their original session, regardless of how much of the session was completed before the interruption. No refund will be issued for technologically interrupted sessions, as this is not considered negligence on the part of Guiding Echoes, LLC.
Membership Cancellations
Memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing a minimum of 24 hours notice before the next scheduled renewal date. To cancel, email hello@guidingechoes.com. If a membership renews before a cancellation request is received, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Recording Policy
Private Psychic Readings
Private psychic readings are strictly not to be recorded by the client under any circumstances. Nicole Guillaume does not consent to being recorded during private psychic reading sessions. Clients are encouraged to take personal notes during their session. Any unauthorized recording of a session is a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Mentoring Sessions
Mentoring and coaching sessions conducted via Google Meet are recorded by Guiding Echoes, LLC and delivered to the client for their personal use only. Recordings are stored securely on our private cloud and private drive and are retained for a minimum of two years. Recordings will not be shared publicly or used for any marketing purpose without the client's explicit written or recorded verbal consent.
Clients who do not wish to be recorded must inform Nicole Guillaume before or during the session. Clients may change their recording preference at any time.
Group Events, Classes & Workshops
Recorded group events are governed by the recording consent policy outlined in our Privacy Policy. By registering for or attending a recorded event, you consent to being recorded and understand that the recording may be used in part or in whole on our website or social media platforms.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
All content on guidingechoes.com — including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Guiding Echoes, LLC and Nicole Guillaume. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or publish any content from our website or sessions without express written permission and proper credit.
Sharing session content, course materials, or any proprietary information from Guiding Echoes, LLC without authorization is a violation of these Terms of Service.
8. Code of Conduct
Guiding Echoes, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Clients who engage in belligerent, harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward Nicole Guillaume or any staff during a session or event will have their session terminated immediately. No refund will be issued, and the client will be permanently barred from purchasing or participating in any future services or events offered by Guiding Echoes, LLC.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Guiding Echoes, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or accuracy of any information provided during sessions. All readings and guidance are subject to interpretation and should be used at your own discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guiding Echoes, LLC and Nicole Guillaume shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on information provided during sessions, or inability to access our services for any reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify subscribers by email. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guiding Echoes, LLC with respect to your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
